A private two-day retreat for 25 VP to C-suite strategy leaders to step back, challenge assumptions, and discuss the strategic questions shaping organisations today.

Why we created this retreat?
Strategy leaders operate at the intersection of big bets, executive politics and high expectations.
They help organisations make some of the most consequential decisions, where to invest, what to exit, and how to navigate uncertainty.
Yet many do the role without a true peer bench.
Inside the organisation, conversations are shaped by internal dynamics. And many of the hardest strategic questions cannot always be discussed openly.
This retreat creates space for that conversation.
A small group of senior strategy leaders coming together to step back, challenge assumptions, and discuss the strategic questions shaping organisations today.
What makes this event different?

A small group of strategy leaders
This retreat is intentionally limited to 25 senior strategy leaders.
The goal is not scale, but depth of conversation. With a smaller group, everyone has the opportunity to contribute, challenge ideas and share experience. The result is a more thoughtful dialogue than is possible in larger conference settings.

Closed-door
conversation
The retreat operates under Chatham House Rule.
Participants are free to speak candidly about the strategic challenges they are facing without concern that comments will travel beyond the room. This creates the conditions for more honest discussion than typically occurs in public forums.

Conversation, not presentation
This is not a traditional event with speakers and slides.
Sessions are designed as peer discussions, where strategy leaders share perspectives, experiences and the challenges they are actively navigating. The focus is on practical insight drawn from real strategic work rather than presentations.

Who is this for?
This retreat is designed for senior strategy leaders responsible for shaping organisational direction.
Typical participants include:
• Chief Strategy Officers
• Heads of Strategy
• Vice Presidents of Strategy
• Corporate Strategy and Transformation leaders
Participants come from large organisations and high-growth companies across a range of industries.
Attendance is limited to Head of, VP and C-suite level leaders to ensure conversations take place among peers facing similar strategic challenges.
Topics we will cover
Ahead of the retreat we ask participants to share the strategic challenges they’re currently facing, shaping the agenda around those themes to ensure the discussions reflect the real issues leaders are navigating today.
Some of the common challenges we hear from our community are listed below.
